Most consultants study organisations from the outside. Brigita Brjuhhanov has led one from the inside — through platform migrations, vendor negotiations, org redesigns, political pressure, technical debt and the relentless pace of a complex technology business. That experience is not a credential on a slide. It is the foundation of every engagement.

Brigita spent a decade at Elisa, one of the leading telecommunications companies in the Nordics. She started in service assurance — building her understanding of how complex technology operations actually run — before moving into TV in 2018. Over the following years she built and led a complete cross-functional product organisation of 20 people, spanning product management, engineering, design, QA and delivery. She led simultaneous development across iOS, Android, set-top box, Smart TV and web, managed a multi-vendor partner landscape including Google and NAGRA, and delivered complex technology products under real commercial and operational pressure.

She knows what it feels like when a platform is holding the business back. When the org is not set up to make fast decisions. When leadership is not aligned on where to go next. When a vendor is pitching something that sounds right but won't survive contact with the real procurement process. These are not theoretical problems for Brigita — they are situations she has navigated, repeatedly, at senior level.
